I’m back again with another recipe! This one’s for those days when you feel like having something sweet. We’re all human, and even though we try to lead healthy lives, there are those days when we throw caution to the wind and live our life!

Last night was one of those days. I stopped my guilt tripping and went rummaging in the kitchen around 11PM. If a sweet snack was what I wanted, a sweet snack was what I was going to get!

However, lol trust me to still make it a little bit healthy. That definitely lifted the guilt I felt for eating such a naughty snack at 11PM!  Check out my modified recipe 🙂

Ingredients

1 tablespoon coconut oil(instead of butter)

2 teaspoon honey(instead of 2 tablespoon of brown sugar)

Drop of vanilla extract

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon peanut butter

2 1/2 tablespoon whole wheat flour(instead of all purpose flour)

1 1/2 tablespoon chocolate chips

Begin by mixing the coconut oil and honey, then add egg yolk, vanilla extract and peanut butter. Mix all until well combined. Next, fold in the flour and then the chocolate chips.

Put mixture in a microwaveable mug or dish and cook in the microwave for about 40 seconds. It should be done, but if it looks too runny or undercooked, leave it for a bit longer(let’s say 10 secs more until it’s done).

Take out and let it sit for 2 minutes before devouring.

Yum!
