After visiting a friend in France who was gracious enough to share her recipes with me, I decided to finally have a go at making quiche myself. I didn’t bother with the pastry base because that would have added the unwanted carbs to the otherwise healthy dish. You can if you want to but I decided not to. To be honest, I was probably also a bit lazy to knead the dough for the base.
I hope you enjoy watching this video and try to recreate it as well. It’s pretty simple I promise!
PS- You can play around with different vegetables, e.g. leeks. You don’t have to only use the ones I chose 🙂
I’ve also tried this recipe using chicken instead of bacon and it was also delicious!
