As I've gotten busy with growing @okohs.boudoir, m As I've gotten busy with growing @okohs.boudoir, making pancakes on the Saturdays I don't have photoshoots have become a selfcare ritual.

I'm a big foodie so meals are important, even breakfasts too. But with a fast paced life, my first meal tends to be a bowl of cereal (boring!). So, when I have the time to make something that takes more than the 1 minute it takes to make a bowl of cereal, I go to my trusty pancake recipe to satiate my sweet tooth and long throat 😁

I was making some last Saturday and remembered that the @ukbftog have a pancake day challenge going. So I grudgingly got out my camera and took some photos. Fellow togs with a queue of edit understand taking unnecessary photos is a no no 😅

I played with the focus points and free styled the edit and added some grain - which I haven't done in a long while since creating a preset for my client work.

Anyway, I hope you have a scrumptious meal today! Happy #pancakeday2023 ❤
Do you like them sweet or savory?
I'm excited to finally be sharing my next project I'm excited to finally be sharing my next project with you! And I'll need your help with sharing this far and wide to reach women in essential industries!

On The Front Lines is a multimedia project documenting the experiences of women across the UK who held essential roles during the national lockdown in 2020. It will be the first of a three-part documentary project looking at life in the UK during this time period.

Using filmed interviews and photography, this project will explore the stories of the women who kept the country going while the rest of us stayed at home to reduce the spread of Covid. It will also serve as a means of celebrating their efforts during a time of great strife.

All the details can be found on my website. Click the link in my bio✨

Having a planner is the best thing I decided to bu Having a planner is the best thing I decided to buy years ago. It allows me to set my yearly goals and then quarterly and monthly KPIs in order to achieve them.

Sometimes procrastination happens when you don't know what to do. And overwhelm can happen when you don't divy up the tasks that will help you achieve your big goals.

I love the planners from @theinspiredstories.co. They have several types to fit most people's preference.

What an incredible year it's been ✨ Travelling What an incredible year it's been ✨

Travelling to Zanzibar, writing my second novel, exhibiting my work, being invited to the BBC, exhibiting my business at the National wedding show, moving into my own apartment, and so much more.

2022 started shaky but is ending with a lot to be grateful for! I can't wait to double it up in 2023💥

"I've found January to be harder on my mental heal "I've found January to be harder on my mental health than I expected" was the first sentence in my diary this year.

"I've not felt sad in a long while. And when I even go looking to cry, it evades me. Life is great and it feels surreal now - that's how incredible it is." was my last entry on Dec 5.

It's crazy how things can change in a year. I don't even know who that woman in January was.

I also love how I've been manifesting more the past few years and how easily it flows into my journal.

"My life is full and from that overflow, I'm able to help others. A life of abundance is being created for me. And I'm open to receiving it fully."

The moral of the story is to keep going. You'll break into sunlight eventually ✨

This @kaicollective dress was made for me though, Kai! 😉
