So pancake day was a week ago, and if like me you have a sweet tooth, then I guess that was the perfect opportunity to dig in guilt free.

Some like it sweet, some like it sour.

Some like it covered in jam, nutella or maple syrup; but whatever your choice I can give you a tip that guarantees you’re still eating the healthiest version you possibly can.

Ingredients used: Whole meal flour, baking powder, salt and soya milk.

I don’t bother adding sugar to my mix because I smother my pancakes with nutella or maple syrup which is already mega sweet!

Also, I don’t have measurements for you because I’m a pro like that 😉  I’ve made it so many times that I just mix it free hand depending on how many I want; but there are loads of healthy pancake recipes out there, you just need to utilise the power of Google.
