Acknowledgments ✨ 2020 did not break me, instea Acknowledgments ✨

2020 did not break me, instead it taught me lessons I'll be carrying for the rest of my life.

So many times I was beaten down by failed attempts to achieve goals, but each time I got back up and tried again.

So many times I could have given up and throwed away the year, but I was determined to persist and make the best of what I could.

I read more books than I have in a while, meditated more than ever before, was in commune with amazing women and supported by even more wonderful ones.

The Returnees was published and @okohs.boudoir took off. I reconnected with several people from my past and had conversations deep into the night that made my tummy rumble with laughter, and my mum sigh with hope.

I lived in the moment and had rest days without feeling guilty. Through all this, I tried to remain grateful anytime I felt a hint of disappointment. Some of this discontentment I'm still trying to knead out of my psyche.

Yet I'm grateful for everything and everyone who supported me in small or big ways.

2020 did not break me, nor did it you✨

Hello lovelies, I hope you're keeping well. As y Hello lovelies, I hope you're keeping well.

As you may know, I wrote a photography guide earlier this year. It was something I was inspired to share because of my own journey struggling to understand how to start a photography business professionally.

There's a lot of information out there, some are easy to find if you put in the time, and others not so much. Through experience, experimenting and training, I've been able to claim my space and zoom in on what I want out of a photography career. This has helped me to mesh my passion for the art as well as make a positive impact on the people I've worked with.

If you're a beginner or intermediate photographer who wants to improve your skill and learn the business side of things (an important element), then my ebook guide is for you! I share everything I've learned, and include templates, mood board, video tutorials on how to edit in Lightroom and everything else you need to kick-start your career.

For the next 24 hours I've reduced the price from £9.99 to £5.99. A big steal for all the value you get.

If you're ready to learn, I've made everything easy for you. No more excuses. Happy learning 🎉

While I was at uni, I used to play a game. Any tim While I was at uni, I used to play a game. Any time I'd see an ad for a job vacancy, I'd think of myself in the role and then go through all of the possibilities in which I would get promoted to a position that would be fitting for the lifestyle of my dreams.

I kept playing this secret game until one day I came across an ad for a writing job which I was unqualified for. It was fitting for the sort of positive impact I dreamt of one day doing, so I applied.

Playing that game is what led me to the job that revealed my writing talent to me and eventually opened my eyes to the power of storytelling. This made me even more passionate about photography which at the time was just a hobby. I had been slinging around a camera with me ever since I was 15 years, but insanely thought it was too late for me to learn it professionally.

With my guidance, this image was taken by @yemdisa and I edited it using my Classic Preset which is available in my online store.

Being curious and actively exploring these curiosities led me here. If photography is something that you'd love to learn or improve on, you should check out my Ultimate Photography Guide and Classic Preset. Link in bio.

If time or money wasn't a thing, what skill would you like to develop?
